Nestrock Developers a leading and rapidly growing real estate firm specializing in land sales, is seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Executives to join our ambitious team. If you are passionate about real estate, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in sales, this opportunity is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads, maximize sales, and achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Identify potential buyers and build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Showcase and promote available land properties to prospective clients through effective presentations and property tours.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral and materials.
  • Negotiate and finalize land purchase agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both the company and the clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to after-sales care.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in real estate sales prefarably land is compulsory for this role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Familiarity with real estate market trends, regulations, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
