Job Summary

The job holder is responsible for implementing the People strategy for the business. Reporting to the Managing Director, the jobholder is required to support the Exco Members/Function heads and all Line Managers in delivery of their strategy by providing HR ‘best practice’ solutions in all areas, ensuring robust HR Governance Execution and Employee Engagement. The PBP will drive all People Culture Transformation and Change projects initiatives.

Education And Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any Social Sciences
  • Master’s Degree will be an added advantage
  • Post graduate Diploma in Human Resources
  • Full Member of IHRM a must
  • CHRP Qualification a Must
  • Coaching experience on People Managers preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in HR generalist roles preferably in a financial institution
  • Experience in use of key HR systems
  • Experience in Culture Transformation key

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Client Relationship management

  • Knowledge of Resource Management, rostering tools and practices.
