About the role

The Brand and Content Associate is responsible for designing and developing the company’s brand and content strategy. This role entails overseeing marketing strategies that engage new and existing customers and ensuring they are happy with what the company’s products or services offer them. In addition, this position is responsible for ensuring that ImaliPay is a thought leader in embedded finance across Africa, as well as generating and maintaining new business.

Who are we looking for?

  • The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of work experience in the technology, software, or fintech space working in content marketing or marketing teams
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have experience in writing for a business audience
  • Demonstrated creativity and out-of-the-box thinking

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop content pertaining to thought leadership, blogs posts, and customer articles relating to embedded finance and the role ImaliPay is playing in contributing to this space
  • Designing and implementing our content strategy, roadmap, and timelines to publish content across different channels
  • Collaboration with the product team to plan and convey updates/new features externally and internally
