I am an enthusiastic individual possessing a clean valid driving license class A.B.C.E and F.G with over 5 years’ driving experience and driving safely all the time.
My current position is an Office Messenger and Driver at Crowe Erastus and Company, whereby I am responsible for driving the Company Vehicle timely to destinations as requested, ensuring that the Vehicle paperwork is accurate by keeping daily logs of all trips made and running all the office errands.
I am an industrious, supportive, flexible, result-driven, and trustworthy employee working under minimum supervision. I will respect and obey all traffic laws and also adhere to World Vision vehicle transport policies and procedures.

- Driving Company Vehicle when requested to offer transportation to Auditors going on their official duties in Nairobi, other Kenyan Counties and respecting protocol rules. - I ensure proper day-to-day maintenance of the assigned vehicle through timely minor repairs, arrangements for major repairs, timely changes of oil, check of tires, brakes, car washing and other duties; - Recording daily vehicle mileage before and after every trip. - I ensure availability of all the required documents/supplies including vehicle insurance, vehicle logs, first aid kit, lifesaver, spare wheel and Tool Box. - Keeping daily records of deliveries made and any other duties as assigned. - Carrying out messenger duties. All office errands. - Ensuring prompt Delivery of official mails to; INGO’s, Financial Institutions and Kenyan Government Offices in Nairobi area. - Making office payments of all utility bills, monthly statutory deductions and collecting letters from the Post Office. - Assist on clerical work in the office. Specifically, binding documents destined to the office and to other partners and ensures that documents are well arranged for easy tracking by the Support Service. - Delivering parcels to the Courier Companies and other locations as required. - Delivering applications and payments for Expatriates at Kenya Immigration Department on behalf of our clients
