· Responsible for providing overall human resource support to enable company maximizes it’s employee productivity
· Recruiting the right people for the right job and maintaining a safe environment.
· Assist in arrangement of training and development sessions
· Participate in developing and implementation of work policies in the company.
· Developing employment related records and keeping them updated
· Collecting sorting and distributing any incoming applications and maintaining employee personal files.
· Assist Operations manager in effective coordination and communication within the management to better employee employer relationship that enhancer team work.
· Responsible for providing administrative support on a day to day basis to the human resource team
· Documentation and review of healthy and safe working environment.
· Manage client /telephone calls professionally and efficiently.
